i would love to have sock sized needles...particularly 2.25mm and 2.5mm...it looks like the 2.25 and 2.75 are your next possibilities on small sizes and the 2.25 would be my first choice but would prefer 2.5 as a second sock size as 2.75 US 2 is too large for most yarns that I use. size 8 and 9 also are right up there on my preference list but most of all size 2.25mm US 1.

i just realized through your comments above that your 3rd birthday coincides with my son's 40th birthday!! so i hope yours was a happy one and that the future circulars meet with smooth sailing when released. I love love love my 5, 6, and 7s.

I vote, enthusiastically, emphatically for the smaller sizes. ( Would a chocolate bribe sway your decision?) I consistently knit fair isle, lace, and Bavarian twisted stitch cables...and have an unfortuante adiction to Colourmart cashmeres. I'm specifically avid for the 2.25, 2.5 and 2.75 range, with stiletto points which are perfect for all three genres and will keep me very happy for years of fair isle, lace etc. I promise that as soon as you take orders for these, I will pre-order in appalling quantities and haunt my mail lady!

Any news on the release of the 3's and 4's?

I want the 1's & 2's, I do a lot of lace knitting and your needles are the best, patiently waiting for the 3 & 4 size for those large triagular shawls that get heavy on the long straights. Been saving my pennies so I am ready when they are released. Love your needles

I have to vote for 1's and 2's. I am eagerly awaiting those sizes for socks and luxury yarns. Surely you would sell lots of those sizes to those of us who do socks on two circs!

Oh...if you went smaller it would be great if you could make it in 16 inches so it can used for 1 needle (circular) socks.
