Facebook Contest Official Rules: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 1. Eligibility: The "Guess the Next Signature Masterpiece" Contest is FREE to enter and open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia,who are 13 years of age or older. ("You"). Employees as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Void outside the 50 United States and D.C. and where prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local laws, rules or regulations. For purposes of this contest, persons currently residing in APO or FPO zip codes are deemed residing in the United States and are eligible to enter. 2. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Contest, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Organizer, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Whether or not you receive a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. 3. Contest Period: The Contest opens 5/16/2013 at 4:00 pm CST and ends 5/28/2013 at 12:01 am CST (the "Contest Period"). The Organizer's computer is the official time-keeping device for the contest. 4. How to Enter: To enter the Contest, go to the Signature Needle Arts Facebook page and enter via The Next Masterpiece Tab listed on Facebook pages during the Contest Period, "comment" below the photo in the in the entry section and enter your next Masterpiece guess as a "comment entry". Entries posted on the Signature Facebook Wall will not count for the purpose of this contest. Entries that do not include all the required information and adhere to the Official Rules will be considered void. The Contest Facilitators are not responsible for lost, misdirected or incomplete Entries. 5. Prizes: One (1) Correct Answer Entry will be randomly selected to win a $250 Signature Needle Arts Gift Certificate One (1) Entry will be randomly selected to win a $100 Signature Needle Arts Gift Certificate. Winning entries will be announced on or about May 29, 2013 6. Entries submitted via methods other than Facebook will not be accepted.
